Description:

Judith runs off and Michonne goes looking for her after confronting Negan again. She finds her and then tells her what happened with Jocelyn only to be surprised Judith remembers it. The two decide to go to the fair and Daryl's group hitches a ride. They arrive as the fair begins.
Two Whisperers witness the group heading to the fair.
Alpha kills Hilde and her group and takes faces and the girl's hair to infiltrate the fair. She encounters Ezekiel and finds her daughter who renounces her and they part ways.
After a meeting discussing Lydia's fate, the remaining groups sign the charter as a way of mutual protection for each other should The Whisperers attack any one of them.
That night, Beta surrounds Daryl, Michonne, Carol, and Yumiko in the woods and tell them their terms.
Siddiq is forced to watch as Alpha decapitates eight others after they fight back with their captors. Enid and Tara escape.
