Controlled by Russia, no-one but the lector who read the treaty ensuring the peace between the king and the nobility was allowed to speak.Further consequences:
- Practical demilitarisation of Poland (only 24K troops allowed, limited competences of hetmans)
- Set budget of 10M zlotys.
- P-L dependent on Russia
