The elections were administered by Flapjack. When the elections originally started it was done through discord reactions. But the issue of secret ballots were brought up and the vote was switched to a anonymous but secure straw poll. The results of the election changed more than expected from the change from unsecret to secret ballots. After two runoff elections missing a majority, a joint command was ultimately voted for.
