Location: Fredbear's Family DinerA young patron at Fredbear's Family Diner was placed into the jaws of the Fredbear animatronic by his big brother. Multiple mechanical springlock failures shut the mouth onto the child, piercing his frontal lobe. The only suspects known were 4 children with mascot masks; one of them was his brother.
