The baby's adrenal glands release a chemical that will be made into estriol. This estriol is then used for the stimulation of the prolactin that produces breastmilk. This milk will help give nutrients to the baby when it is out of the womb. By this point, the baby is about 2 and a half pounds heavy. It is also trying to grow eyelashes.
