Gondul had spent several days situating himself with Tamrielic living, helping out when and where he can for those in need.

While he was returning to the Mages Guild to give the Guild master some tomes and journals he requested, Gondul stumbled upon a strange merchant leaning against the wall. Gondul was quite surprised to find that he was a Khajiit, once more put aback by the appearance of such a being.

After some chatting and some silver-tongued words were exchanged, the Khajiit was found to be an honorable one. Gruff and bold on the outside, but strong nonetheless. The Khajiit, named Raz-Al'azin, was revealed to be a Skooma Dealer.

Gondul of course questioned what this good was. Upon receiving several alluding answers, Raz-Al'azin directly explained the effects of the drug. Gondul, despite his distaste in the hallucinogenic arts, trusted him.

Gondul questioned the Khajiit if he knew of any people who had lost their souls to Molag Bal. Eventually, after some more conversation, Raz-Al'azin revealed that he was in fact a Soulless One himself. Gondul, after questioning the Khajiit further, made the decision to welcome Raz-Al'azin into the Brotherband, whom thankfully accepted.
