1 juill. 1931 - Land Reform
Description:
Landowners who refused to accept the change from the government we’re supported by the Catholic Church. The views from the Church originated from the conflict with the government and their role as a Church. Landowners had a bad judgment on the Republic due to their view on wanting them to give up their land for equality and fairness with the peasants which not only had meant they had to lose land but ultimately their power. Many liberal groups had supported the Church as well because they had believed the control of education had prevented the creation of the state.
