Description:
The Seventh Doctor materialises in Vancouver and us shot down. He is rushed to Hispital where, in an effort to save his life, give anaesthetic and ready him for operation. The anaesthetic halts his Regeneration, leading to the Hospital thinking he is dead. He later regenerates in a Hospital morgue.
