Syther was an extremely Active member member within the BBG community, and a very close friend to Blook, Panda, Tato and many others. His current whereabouts are unknown, but during his time in the server he lived in Virginia, USA. He was a heavy BBG loyalist and one of the most, if not the second most Active member of BBG, Until he was forced to leave discord in the middle of the divide, never to be seen again.
Syther first joined BBG on the 14th of August, 2018, after meeting Blook in the comments section of MCPEDL, as he was recruiting people to take part in the anarchy realm. Syther was initially very inactive within the BBG community, barely taking part in the anarchy realm, and not taking part in the SWB test. When the Blook's BattleGrounds project was being constructed, he talked in general from time to time, and took part in some games, but besides that did not take part in any events and did not talk consistently.
As the Pre hype era began, Syther took part in SWB II. He based with Tato, and it was at this point where he began to become a notable name in the community. After SWB II, Syther began to talk in general more, quickly rising up the ranks and becoming a fairly high level. Around December 2018, he was considered part of the main friend group of the server, consisting of Blook, Hugo, Panda and Tato. He took part in FWRI, Teaming with Lizzy, coming 4th place. As the new year began, Syther's activity continued to rise, and he became close with lots of the new members that joined as result of the pre hype era expansion strategies, inviting a few members of his own. When the IRL troubles began, Syther did not initially choose a side, but after the goals of the IRL members became clear, Syther sided heavily with Blook, causing them to form a more brotherly relationship as the golden era began.
During the golden era, Syther continued to grow closer to BBG, becoming heavily loyal to the server. Syther also grew closer to Tato and Panda in this time, viewing the two of them as Sisters. He took part in SWB III, building a base on his own, and also FWRII, which brought him closer to Pale and Logan. In the hugo all-nighters, Syther began to become more active than Panda and Tato, and challenged Pale, the other heavily active person in this time besides Blook to an XP race to overtake Hugo.
When the pale incident happened, Syther felt the panic quite quickly, Believing Blook and Panda's theory that Pale wouldn't be returning after a few days. Syther also was effected by the Temmie incident, when Temmie was forced off discord, a fate he'd eerily share in ten months time. During the great panic, Syther and Blook attempted many operations to contact Pale, all of which that failed. Syther promised Blook at this moment that he'd stick with the server to the end.
When the fall from grace began, Syther began to talk less, as the controversy and drama had effected him deeply, as it did with Blook. He discussed it with Blook a lot in this time, and the two of them supported each other through the period. He still partook in events and realms, but became most distant with Panda and Tato, as they prepared to take their break from the Server. When Panda and Tato vanished, Syther still had contact with Tato for a short period of time, and found out some significant information about their reasoning before she went dark. However, he kept the majority of this information to himself until after the Mod crisis ended.
During the mod crisis, Syther did not choose a side when the server debated if their actions were traitorous or not. He felt betrayed as a server loyalist, but understood their reasoning, coming to a state of neutrality. Syther was a part of the five member Loyalist group that promised to stay by Blook's side (The others being Urs, Hugo and Near) and helped Blook push through the dark ages. Syther took part in events towards the latter end of the mod crisis, such as the NEWWORLD betatests and the BBG podcast. In the rise, Syther had contact with Tato in private, and planned alongside her Panda and Her return to the server, which took place on the 4th of November 2019.
In the Rise, Syther's activity skyrocketed with Panda and Tato's return. By mid November 2019, he was making more than triple of hugo's weekly xp, and on course to overtake him by March 2020. When the age of uncertainty began, Syther was extremely torn between the Outsider and Loyalist side, but ended up leaning more heavy towards the Loyalist side, deciding that he identified more with their beliefs. In the middle of the divide, Syther's parents forced him to come off of discord, a few weeks before he would of overtaken Hugo. The last time the server had any form of contact from Syther was a few days after his phone was taken, where Torn and Syther had a phone call where Syther expressed how he will try and come back. There has been no information since then.
Syther's disappearance was initially shrugged off by the vast majority of BBG members, as he had left for a few days many times before. It only became apparent a week after his disappearance that this could potentially be permanent. Due to the business of the divide, his vanishing was initially not focused on, but during the aftermath of the divide it was truly recognized how he will likely not be coming back. There have been a multitude of recovery attempts from Blook, Panda, Tato and Detective, however none of these have proven successful. There is still some sense of hope, as Syther is known to have the contact details of Blook, Torn and Tato, however no new information has come to light since his initial disappearance.
Syther was Loyal, Talkative and Passionate about his interests. He was heavily loyal to the BBG server and it's members, talkative with New members and his friends alike and passionate about his many interests. It is unknown how Syther has changed, as he has not had contact with any Server member for over eight months.
