It was the summer before I was going to my new high school and I wanted to play soccer for their team because I couldn't stop playing it. I watched the world cup and just fell in love. The excitement in the games and the passion everyone had won me over. I also met a group of people who played soccer in my neighborhood and I played for them the rest of the summer.
