Description:
After the Popular Front won the 1936 election and gained power they implemented policies that upset conservatives and the rich. They freed all left wing political prisoners which upset conservatives and they penalized the rich upsetting them. This caused the rich to fight back by taking out large sums of capital out of the country sending the country into an economic crisis. This caused a chain reaction upsetting the working class as they got paid less. This caused more issues as workers began to go on strike demanding higher wages. This would cause more conflicts and encourage more violence coming from the working class leading the country into a civil war.
