Description:

it was signed at the end of WWI in France. It required Germany to disarm and to create peace after the war. The treaty was caused and set up to put an end to World War 1 between Germany and the allied nations in 1919. Paying the allies caused the economic collapse of Germany which meant that millions of Germans were starving. The treaty forced Germany to make concessions on their territory and to pay the allied powers a huge amount of $5 billion.
