Description:
The provisonal goverment had called for a gernal election. The Socialist Party as well as other left wing parties won by a great amount against the right wing (conservatives). Niceto Alcala Zamora, a moderate Republican, became prime minister, while also bringing in other radical figures that were in his cabinet such as Manuel Azaña, Francisco Largo Caballero and Indalecio Prieto.
