Description:

More than 100 state houses are planned for Avondale this year.

Housing New Zealand was replacing 10 houses with 102 new ones at St Georges Rd.

NZ Housing Foundation was also developing 33 affordable, private homes at a Trent St address.

Panuku Development sold both sites for $4.7 million in 2017 as part of Auckland Council's plan to develop Avondale.
