Description:

- Day 648
- Rick cries over Andrea. Negan assures him that she died quick, though maybe death is like slow motion and she felt everything. He tells him to save some tears for the next person who dies.
- Rick tells him to just get it over with. Nicholas pleads for his life, insisting he shouldn't be killed because he has a wife and kid to protect. Negan thinks he's saying somebody else should be killed and calls him out for being an asshole. He says if somebody can give him the word to kill this guy, he dies instead of them. Heath tells him they're all just scared.
- Negan's wasted enough time and decides to start the song, Rick's allowed to hum along if he wants. As Negan picks who to kill, Jesus sneaks around the trenches. He grabs the leg of a Savior and trips him over, using him as a human shield as everyone begins to open fire. Negan orders them to stop shooting so Jesus jumps out and fights off several Saviors while Heath, Holly and Nicholas take cover in a trench.
- Jesus disarms Negan and holds him at gunpoint. Negan tells Jesus that if he kills him then he's not going to survive. Jesus says that his people are making their way to the gate now and to let them in unharmed with his men standing down. When the Saviors leave, he'll let Negan go. Negan believes Rick will just try and kill him again, LIKE HE JUST TRIED TO DO!
- Suddenly, a school bus pulls up and Shiva pounces on a Savior, mauling him to death. Ezekiel, Aaron and several soldiers start shooting at the Saviors. Negan headbutts Jesus and escapes, ordering all his men to get in the truck. They quickly drive away and head back to the Sanctuary.
- Rick doesn't want to let them regroup, but Ezekiel reminds him that they're still outnumbered and not prepared for this. Rick runs off towards the bell tower, followed by Michonne. They find Connor's splattered body on the floor and realise Andrea might still be alive. At the top, they find Andrea severely beaten, but alive and get her to Dr. Cloyd.
