The Party for the Movement for Hutu Liberation,or PARMEHUTU was a revolutionary political
party founded to advocate for Hutu equality and
resist not only colonial rule but as well as the
Tutsi elite. As a result, Rwanda began to break free from Belgium's clutches and the Tutsi people lose political positions in the government.
