Description:

The Beer Hall Putsch was an attempt at overthrowing the government of Bavaria. This government was the Wiemar republic. The attack was led by Hitler.

Causes:
1 - Hitler hated the Weimar republic for signing the treaty of Versailles.

2 - Hitler wanted to seize power in Bavaria so he could have more control over Germany.

Effects:
1 - Hitler was sentenced to prison for high treason.
