Description:

Chile got autonomous from Spain on the eighteenth of September, 1810. Chile won its autonomy officially when San Martin vanquished the last huge Spanish power. Napoleon's attack of Spain and the capture of Fernando VII drove the Chilean's a longing for freedom.
