Description:
Creation of the United Republic of Lithuania-Belarus.
After unrest affecting the Minsk region following the crushing of the Municipality of Petrograd. The Minsk Rada fled to Vilnius in March 1917.
Belarusian Rada president Jan Sierada under pressure / proposal from the German Chancellor, proposes to the Constituent Assembly of Lithuania, the union of the two states.
After many debates, the Seimas accepts the proposal on the conditions that the regime be a republican and federal regime.
