11 h 13 sept. 2003 ans - Sarah discovers the true identity of Sebastian before being attacked by him. (Part 9: Revelations) (Part 10: The Flood - Mentioned)

Description:

- Day 56 (12:00 CST)
- Sarah accidentally triggers a hidden room to be revealed by the stairs. She resists her curiosity and brings Sebastian into a room to have his wounds treated. While he rests, she broadcasts again, finally attempting to fulfil her promise of revealing the secrets of the LaRouche house (see day 1).
- She discovers the legendary room where Quentin LaRouche tortured his slave victims. She is surprised by a dummy made of straw, thinking it's a living person. The dummy appears to have been made to look like Quentin, wearing an old confederate uniform. She speculates that the Brill family might have used this to brainwash their kids into murder. She looks through all the photos in the room and finds a picture of the Brill twins, about the age of ten on Halloween, the boy is dressed as a firefighter. On the back it reads, Jane and Sebastian.
- Freaked out, Sarah realises that Sebastian is really the Brill son, living out his firefighter childhood fantasy. Another picture, one of both Sarah and Sebastian taken from the Polaroid camera has Jane Brill's face stuck over Sarah's.
- Sebastian starts to come downstairs. Sarah panics and begs anyone listening to please save her. Sebastian is glad Sarah finally knows the truth. He explains that he spent nineteen years in a psychiatric ward. One day, he sensed that his sister was in danger, as twins have that connection. He managed to escape and track down Jane who he discovered had taken her own life. He then returned to the only place that made sense to him, the LaRouche house (see day 1) where he's discovered that his sister has returned.
- Sarah explains that she's not his sister. He tells her she can learn to be. Sarah quickly stabs Sebastian in the stomach with a knife and rushes upstairs as he pulls it out. She goes through the hidden room in the kitchen as he drives his axe into the wall next to her. She reaches the second floor and the raging storm breaks through the windows and starts to flood the house. The staircase starts to collapse and Sebastian hangs onto a railing for dear life as the floods break in below him.
- A walker emerges out the water and grabs him by the neck. He fights but is ultimately bitten on the arm and gives up. He tells Sarah that he'll see her again someday and is taken by the storm.
- Sarah gathers any supplies she can and rests for a few hours in the attic.
