Everyone pays entry fee, then we watch a movie together as one big group (perhaps The art of racing in the rain?). Could do it at Arch 504. Would only probably need 2.5 hours (£25) and we could defo fit in at least 40-45 if all facing projector, so at £5 a pop we could make a profit of £200? Alternatively, and ideally, we see about a free venue. (This could be moved to later in the year also). JB and trustees to also use this as a way to announce that we’ll be doing a Dog Jog in July and to gage interest in this (or is this too soon? It’s only 3-5k distance, so not exactly a big race).
