He designed and the Von Neumann architecture. This model that he created is well known.1) Every modern computer has the same five basic components: memory, control unit, arithmetic logic unit, input and output, and Von Neumann designed it.
2) He contributed to pretty much everything that has anything to relate with Mathematics
3) his design has been very influential in the design, evolution, and continued architectural setup of the modern computer.
