Saline, the Oracle of Scorpio, sets her plan into motion of taking over Calypso's planet, Earth, as a result of her home planet being destroyed by what she believes is Cancer. She lands on Earth during WW2 and in exchange for funding her research and allowing them to test their pharmasuticles on the prisoners, she will give them access to her weapons and military expertise.
