29 mars 2019 - Maine Public Utilities Commission (MPUC) publishes their Examiners Report MPUC's Examiners Report takes guidance from CMP's WM&RC, stating on page 37 "WM&RC also asserts that the NECEC will likely provide lower wholesale market prices." When did WM&RC become an expert on wholesale electricity costs, and why would the MPUC take guidance from WM&RC on electricity prices?
