12 janv. 1861 - James Mark Baldwin
Description:
Baldwin contributed to the field of Evolutionary psychology as well as sociobiology. For instance, the "Baldwin Effect" depicts the evolutionary mechanic which transforms culturally acquired traits into an instinctive trait through natural selection. Another one of his contributions is his study towards child development and modification of McCosh's mental philosophy perspective. Baldwin noticed that infants were blind to aspects of reality that were obvious in the perception of an adult.
