Description:
-After Executive Order #9066 the U.S. armed forces started to remove people of Japanese ancestry form their homes to remote locations on the West Coast.
-Fred Korematsu refused to relocate to a center and took his case to the U.S. court.
-The Court came to a 6-3 vote that claimed the relocation and detention was a "military necessity" and wasn't based on race.
