- Day 646
- Maggie and Sophia go home. Sophia starts running through the halls of the Barrington House which annoys an elderly resident. Sophia says she doesn't want to go to school or live here and wants to go back home at Alexandria. Maggie tells her this is their home but realises Jesus had snuck in their room.
- He asks to talk and says he had to sneak in so nobody knows. He informs Maggie about Rick's plan to take down Negan and that he's going to ask Gregory for permission to take a large group out for training, though they don't trust him. He asks Maggie to keep an eye on Gregory and make sure he doesn't tell the Saviors. If she notices any weird activity she should tell Kal.
- Gregory declines the plan and states that was not the deal, and he wasn't sure it was still on after Glenn's death. Jesus tells him the deal was always on and Ezekiel is in on it too. Gregory thinks Ezekiel is arrogant and says can't spare any soldiers because he doesn't even know how many people the Hilltop has.
- Jesus tells Kal that they're going after Negan. Kal thinks he's crazy but Jesus tells him that they have an inside man. He asks how many people they can spare for training.
