When we built the current sending flow, we decided to give senders the choice on whether to share their message. The risks with forcing employees to share every recognition moment were that they'd prefer to not send anything at all, or that they'd disengage with the RG platform, choosing to send recognition offline instead.

We now know that some clients want to enforce shared recognition on a company-wide level, and saw our setup so far as a lack of flexibility.
