Description:

MyCar is a product which allows employees to lease a car through salary sacrifice. That’s a benefit which M&S employees have been using for the past couple of years, but it’s a completely new payroll benefit which we implemented and made available through SmartPay. For the delivery of the service we’re working with a third-party provider - a company called Zenith. It’s a gross salary payroll benefit and the payment is done in equal instalments over the period of 24 or 36 months. The product is available only for eligible employees to select and it’s open for applications all year round.
