Generally, I'll eat some breakfast in the morning. I scoured my pantry and found Fruit Loops which is owned by Kellogg’s, an American multinational food manufacturing company with headquarters in Michigan. As a result, the company markets and manufactures in over 180 different countries across the globe. Many different cereal companies are manufactured in the US, such as this company, General Mill’s, and more. As a result of America’s influence, cereal has been popularized into a breakfast food across the globe. This may expand on the notion that America “exports” its ideals and habits across the globe with its large influence on the world. The world now has many different cereal options to choose from. Thus, the main factor of globalization with cereal is cultural and political.
