Tod arrives at the Castle with Nicko, Snorri, and Ullr the cat and goes to the Wizard tower and faints she then gets to meet a family friend Dandra Draa, Septimus Heap the now ExtraOrdinary Wizard, The Queen Jenna Heap, Former ExtraOrdinary Wizard and now ghost Alther Mella, and another former ExtraOrdinary Wizard Marcia Overstand who appeared through a magical arch that only Tod could always see without using them ever before
