1 janv. 150 av. J.-C. - Antikythera Mechanism

Description:

The Antikythera mechanism is an ancient Greek analogue computer used to predict astronomical positions and eclipses for calendar and astrological purposes decades in advance. It was probably invented in 150-100 BC by Hipparchus, an ancient astronomer. The Antikythera mechanism, which was designed to calculate dates and predict astronomical phenomena, has therefore been called the earliest analog computer.
