Description:
The Secretary of State from the time Colin Powell, gave a speech to the entire United Nations. In this speech Powell went over the actions that Iraq had taken over the course of many years to avoid the detection of WMD's by UN inspectors. The speech was made as a last warning to Iraq following their neglect of their obligation under UN resolution 1441, which dealt with WMD's in Iraq.(CNN)
