Good morning Mr. Matijasec,

This is a follow up to our conversation this morning.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and bringing up your concerns regarding Servicemaster & the front foyer flooring.
I have spoken with Walter at Servicemaster this morning and requested Servicemaster to remove the front foyer flooring asap.
I apologies for the amount of time it took for Servicemaster to remove the flooring on the main floor & bathroom in the basement. I am also sorry for the additional damages that Servicemaster & their plumber have caused to your home.
I would also like to remind you that when the estimate for repairs is ready, you do have the option to use a different contractor for the repairs to your home.
Although I am in training this week, I am available on breaks to work your claim and address any questions or concerns your have.
