- Day 601
- Rick breaks the news of his decision to the residents of Alexandria. Andrea is outrages but Rick knows it's the best option to let the prisoner go. Andrea believes Dwight will just launch another attack but if they don't let him go then two-hundred people at least will be tearing down the walls.
- He tells Andrea to sit down and explains in detail how Negan pointed at them until he randomly chose Glenn and smashed his head to bits with his baseball bat (see day 594). He could have done that to anyone or he could come and do that to ALL of them which terrifies Rick.
- The Saviors are large enough enough to attack two places at once, and strong enough to intimidate multiple communities into sharing supplies. So there will be no conflict. The Saviors will get their supplies and Alexandria will live in peace.
