1 janv. 1986 - 1986 FEC v. Massachusetts Citizens for Life
Description:
The Supreme Court partly overturned the longstanding ban on corporations using general treasury funds for political purposes.
It said that the political spending of an ideological non-profit corporation, which did not accept business corporation or labour union funding, can not be restricted.
This was a somewhat narrow exception, but a notable one.
