Description:

- Day 586
- After Denise cleans Carl's wound, he asks who the man in the back is. Denise stumbles over her words and tells Carl he's a visitor they're keeping safe. Carl tells her he's a prisoner and asks if they're going to kill him. He decides to ask Rick when he returns and leaves to go home.
- When Denise isn't looking, Carl sneaks back in and goes into the back room. Jesus invites him in and offers to tell Carl everything.
- Rick returns and tells Andrea that Jesus' story checks out. He tells Glenn that they're going to check out his community and he wants him with them. He quickly asks where Carl is and rushes into the infirmary to find him in the back talking to Jesus. Carl says that he seems like a good guy and would have shot him if he were bad. Jesus asks if he's joking. Rick explains to the man that he's going to stay tied up and direct them to the Hilltop. If he's to try anything, Rick will kill him on the spot.
- Aaron reminds Rick that he didn't trust him initially (see day 454) and that if Jesus is telling the truth, he might accidentally turn the Hilltop into the enemies he fears they already are.
