- A funeral is held for the victims of the herd. Bruce, Tobin, Morgan, Jessie, Ron and Douglas.
- Rick admits to his group that safety in numbers is what kept him around. But up until now, he's never realised the full potential of their little community. He relays the same points he said to Carl the night before. Others give their ideas for the community such as digging a small trench around the perimeter to trip up roamers. Using that dirt they could pile it up to make a small hill for people to look over the top of the walls and defend from attacks without leaving. Abraham suggests everyone stays armed within the walls and they train people to use weapons. Heath wants to take more people out on supply runs into different areas. Glenn wants more community events.
- Rick thinks these are all great suggestions. Right now their new goal is to focus on reestablishing civilisation.
