Description:

Police responded to reports of a shooting in the parking lot of Telshor Manor Apartments at around 4:30 p.m. Lara was transported to a nearby hospital, but died en route.

Two days later, Isaac Joe Vargas, 42, was charged with a first-degree felony count of murder.
