Police report two men, Juan Galindo, 21, and Matthew Sierra, 19, set up a meeting with De La Cruz to buy some acid, but the drug deal went south.De La Cruz allegedly returned home and the two men followed him. Galindo allegedly exited the vehicle Sierra was driving and shot De La Cruz. Galindo and Sierra have been charged with murder.
