1 janv. 1899 - Ernest Rutherford
Description:
Ernest Rutherford separated radiation into three types: alpha, beta, and gamma. He differed them based on the penetration of objects. Alpha had the lowest penetration of ordinary objects. His studies concluded that alpha particles were helium. He didn't agree with Dalton's model because of the indivisibility. Rutheford believes that atoms are visible because if they are broken into two elements which they are in the creation of some elements they are visible.
