Description:

A amendment was proposed to congress to urge them to include in the constitution an article about establishing a national bank. This was done because previously the argument against a national bank was that it was unconstitutional. Therefore this symbolizes the growing effort in government to create a state sanctioned bank to decrease debt and secure those who use the bank. This increases the effectiveness of the bank and the economy that surrounds it.
