Propaganda was effective if:
-It was simple
-It was believable
-It was interesting and gained attention
-It was repeated
-It showed Nazism as beneficial to the peopel
-Seen by everyone
-Had created GENUINE IDEOLOGICAL COMMITMENT
By the end of the Nazi regime, propaganda had created conformity, compliance and passive acceptance. People were too scared to do anything against the regime so they just went along with it.
