Description:

This was mentioned earlier as the antagonist but in reality it was a pretty good idea and was the plan chosen over the new jersey plan to add to the constitution and base it off of. This was written by James Madison but the idea was Edmund Randolph's Idea. It was supposed to protect small states kind of like the Connecticut Compromise but at the same time it was totally different. Anyways it ended up being chosen as the plan for the U.S constitution.
