5 août 2010 - In the South African High Court, the case of SARS vs David King (and others) is ruled on. SARS submitted that the alleged transfer of assets between Ben Nevis and Metlika was done with the intention common to Metlika and Ben Nevis of dissipating the assets of Ben Nevis to defraud SARS who is the creditor of Ben Nevis. The transfer is set aside.
