Description:

The Somoza Dynasty was controlling Nicaragua during the time of the Cold War. A group of rebels called the Sandinistas, along with the help of communist Cuba, started a revolution. They ended up overthrowing them and winning. The significance is that another country, through revolution, changed their government to communism. The coloring is red with the same reasoning as Cuba, as it is another potential ally to the Soviet Union.
