Description:
The Anti-Castro invading Cuba more commonly known as The Bay of Pigs Invasion, happened because of the revolution in 1959. Fidel Castro had taken over after the revolution and Cuba then ran on a communist government. The U.S. being fearful of the Soviet Union having an ally on their side of the world. The american cuban refugees from the U.S. invaded Cuba and ended up losing to the government. The significance is that the Soviet Union now had allies on their side of the world which could lead to very bad consequences. The coloring is red because communism won over capitalism.
