The Marshall Plan was also known as the European Recovery Program. Because the U.S. provided money and aid to Western Europe after the affects of the war. The significance was that the Soviet Union declined the help from America. Because they believed that the Marshall Plan was a way of weakening their country. The coloring for the Marshall Plan is blue as while having to do with both countries. The U.S. played a more significant role as it gave aid money to those who need it. While the Soviet Union didn’t accept and instead chose to be cautious.
