Description:
The Imperial Japanese Navy launches a surprise attack at the U.S. Navy base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii as the first step in Japan's plan to push the United States out of the Pacific Ocean. In response, the FBI begins arresting Japanese community leaders. Within 48 hours, 1291 are arrested. Most of these people would be incarcerated for the duration of the war. (Change: beginning of discrimination against specifically Japanese (as opposed to Asians in general))
