Popular series cash-cows like Modern Warfare 3, Gears 3, and Mass Effect 3 received prominent coverage. Kinect games were heavily featured, and Kinect support was announced for some high-profile third-party games, and Youtube and Bing were integrated into XBL. Overall, it was a year of sequels and playing it safe."
